Life can sometimes become complicated, challenging or even unbearable. There is no longer any room for joy and serenity. And asking for help is also difficult. But this is usually the first step towards recovery, and then there is a way again.

Medical studies at the Charité Berlin and studies of philosophy at the Humboldt University of Berlin, specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy at the Psychiatric University Hospital Zurich, training in cognitive behavioral therapy and psychoanalysis in Munich and Zurich, senior physician at the Psychiatric University Hospital Zurich 2015-2023, head of the research group Experimental Stress and Depression Therapies until 2023, lecturer at the Medical Faculty of the University of Zurich, co-founder of ARISTRA AG.
Main focus: existential crises, stress-associated disorders, sleep, depression, anxiety disorders, complex psychopharmacology.
Therapeutic orientation: cognitive behavioral therapy and psychoanalysis.
